Position:  Personal Banker Authoriser (PBA)
Locations Available are Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata Mumbai
Job Responsibilities

• Authorization of Stop Payment requests at branch
• Monitor lockers allocation and all other related operations
• Proper on boarding should be done to all newly joined staff for better grooming and understanding on branch operations, Products and customer engagement.

• Supervise & Monitor Personal Banker desks and contract sales staff
• Branch administration & Lobby Management
• Customer service to ensure walk in customers issues

Requirements

• At least 6 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must possess at least a Graduate/Post graduate
