Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our dynamic team in a recruitment consultancy environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent for our clients across various industries. This role demands excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, and the ability to manage multiple hiring assignments effectively. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition o Identify and source candidates using various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. o Conduct detailed screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability for specific roles. o Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future client needs. 2. Candidate Management o Guide candidates through the recruitment process, including interview preparation, feedback, and offer negotiation. o Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience. o Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). 3. Market Research and Strategy o Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices. o Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. o Contribute to the development of recruitment plans and strategies. 4. Reporting and Compliance o Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and candidate satisfaction. o Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Key Skills and Competencies ? Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Proficient in using job boards, social media platforms, ? Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously. ? Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Qualifications ? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ? 0-3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in a consultancy environment). ?
